All room rates are quoted in Thai Baht
10% service charge and 7% government tax are included.
All room rates include breakfast
Check in time is 11.00 AM and check out time is 10.00 AM.
In case of late check out another full night will be charged additionally.
Extra bed or additional person is THB 600.-per night (inclusive tax, service charge and breakfast)
Baby cot is free of charge for children under 2 years of age.
Free transfer from pier to resort.
Only A/C rooms have hot water. Please see our bungalow details from contract rates.
The deposit to secure and confirm booking is 50% from amount of grand total.
2.5% surcharge will apply to settle payment by credit card.
Early departure will be charged with amount for one extra night additionally for cancellation fees.
All deposit is non- refundable if the cancellation made after 15 days before arrival date.
Part of deposit refundable only the cancellation made at least 15 days before arrival date. Rate of 1 night will be charged for cancellation fees.
No show on the arrival date will imply to cancellation of the booking.
The deposit should be made to the resort before arrival date. Fully payment by travel agency has to be transferred to resort’s bank account after the booking has confirmed within 15 days.
Minimum period of stay in peak season is 2 nights.
Child policy :
Child under 12 years sharing the room with parents without extra bed will be charged Baht 150 for breakfast per day.
